Obligation of Jewish elders from the Crown to pay a debt
The Jews Löbel Marcus from Krotoszyn, Jacob Selig from Kalisz, Moses Löbel from Poznań, and Simon Jacob from Wodzisław, all Jewish elders, request a seven weeks’ delay to pay the debt they owe to Christoph Bessler. If they fail to pay during that time, Bessler will be entitled to hold them and their goods in custody.
